Its broke Again? Please accept our apologies
We understand that if you have your item repaired and it has broke again it can be quite frustrating. We want to say sorry firstly, secondly, even though we use the latest equipment, follow manufacturer repair guidelines and test your item after its been repaired – sometimes the item will break again.
A fuse on the circuit board could blow within the matter of hours of it been fixed, It can break while sitting in our store waiting to be picked-up, it can break the very next day.. This is just the nature of electronics. If this is the case you find yourself in we wholeheartedly apologise. I want to let you know that we always do our best to set a high standard for electronic repairs.
So if an item has broken again under warranty your can bring or send it back to our store or have it collected free by using this free collection service.
-This service is only for an item you had repaired with us within the last 30 days that has broken again.
-Items returned using this service that are not covered under warranty will be charged the standard fee for the collection and return of said item.
-If an item is not covered under warranty we will contact you with a quote for any additional repair work before the repair starts.
-You must include your old receipt number or reference number from the last repair to qualify for this free in warranty collection, this can be found on your invoice, till receipt or repair docket. Failure to include this will result in this collection been put on hold. If you are unsure of this please contact us.
How the service works:
1. Add to cart and proceed through checkout.
2. We will arrange a courier to your location to collect your item.
3. Once returned to our workshop, item is tested, we then contact you with details of what has to be done.
4. If you are happy to proceed the item is repaired and we deliver the item back.
5. If it cant be repaired or you don’t want to proceed we deliver the item back.
Once the item arrives back it will be tested and we will then contact you to confirm if its covered under warranty or not. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days for avail of this free service. Warranty only covers parts we have replaced are work we have carried out.
Shipping item back options: The item/s can be collected in store when ready or shipped back. A fee to ship the package will be payable if you would would like to have the item send back. You can choose to pay now for return delivery or we can contact you for telephone payment when package is ready.
Please ensure the item/s are packed and ready for the courier as they will not wait. Include your name and order number on the package. One of our team may contact you by telephone after your booking is made to confirm the booking has been received. Ensure you include your details and old receipt number included with the item.
It states totally Free but it shows i have to pay €0.01, why is that?
The shopping cart wont allow a person to checkout with a product that has €0 value, so the product has been priced at just 1 Cent to allow the shopping cart to process the transaction properly. In addition, it helps us eliminate spambots making fake purchases.
