What can happen if i don't backup up my data?
With the Apple iPhone, iPad or iTouch data loss can occur after a factory restore, using iTunes incorrectly or the device unexpectedly breaks for some unknown reason. This can happen at any time, if it does the unexpected loss of contacts, music, video or pictures can be devastating.
Even with iTunes or iCloud the only way to make 100% sure you have your files safe is to back them up to a physical DVD or CD for safe keeping. Its also a good way to free up some room on your device, once we back up your device you can choose to delete the photo/videos from it and start fresh.
The threat of theft is never too far away, if your device is stolen you may never recover its contents, a backup to CD or DVD is an ideal way to keep your data safe. An additional benefit is once you have your CD or DVD you can then copy it to your own PC or have your images printed at a photo shop and share them with friends.

Honestly, if you have anything to importance on your iPhone and don't have a redundant backup then do NOT be upset when it all blows up and you loose everything. iPhones fail, iTunes can fail and even trying to restore from a backup can fail, so if the information on your iPhone, iPad or iTouch is at all valuable to you, back it up! How long does it take?
This depends on the amount of data you need backed up and the responsiveness of the device. To backup and burn about 4GB of data to a DVD will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. To give yourself a better idea of how much data you want to backup simply go into the settings/about menu and this will show you how many songs/images etc you have.
How much does it cost?
The cost is based on the the total volume of data which you require us to backup. A standard DVD will hold up to 4.7GB of data. A standard CD will only hold up to 700MB of data.
DVD backup 45.00euro (Per DVD)
CD backup 25.00euro (Per CD)
If for instance, if you have 5GB of data for backup, this will require a DVD and CD so the cost will be 70.00euro. If your backup requires 3 discs or more we give a 20% discount for any additional discs. In most cases 1 DVD will generally be enough as quite a lot of space is taking up by Apps and other obscure system files which can be downloaded again anyway. We only concentrate on the important stuff.
How do you transfer the data?
As iTunes is very restrictive and will only allow certain files types to be copied we need to use specialist equipment and software which allows us to access root files and folders. From there your data is transferred temporarily onto our system and then burned directly to CD or DVD. Your data is then deleted from our system.
