We provide worldwide delivery using a combination of local, national and International couriers. All packages are insured and sent by a trackable method. National and international orders can be tracked with a tracking number from point of dispatch to final delivery. Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Please choose the relevant delivery option during checkout. Addditional changes may apply for international shipping outside Ireland.

Note: FREE delivery is provided by DPD couriers. Free delivery is generally 24-48 hours. However, Free deliveries may be sent by cyclone couriers for same day delivery if in the local area. Dublin 1, Dublin 2, Dublin 3, Dublin 4, Dublin 6/6w and Dublin 8 are classed as local areas.

Delivery to the UK is provided by DPD couriers and normally takes between 2-5 working days. Your package is insured & trackable.


We provide international delivery to all worldwide locations. Delivery outside Ireland is provided by An Post. Your package is insured & trackable. Delivery to international destinations varies between 3-10 working days on average but can be longer. Your cart will calculate the shipping cost depending on your location. Additional charges may apply for remote locations. We will inform you of this before your order is processed.


You can visit our shop in person and pick up your order.
We are open Monday-Saturday to the public. To ensure your order has been fully processed and that all items are available for collection please wait for an email which states 'Ready for collection'. All our products are also available to purchase in-store.

Orders are normally delivered during business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) of you placing the order. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email.

Our shipping rates are for standard size & weight packages, on occasion a package may cost more if its been delivered to international or remote locations outside Ireland. Any additional shipping fees will be notifed to you before your order is processed, you can then choose to pay the additional fee or cancel your order for a full refund.


If an order has not arrived within the typical delivery time we ask you to first of all contact the courier quoting the tracking number we have supplied you with. If the courier company cannot locate the package or provide a delivery date please contact us and we will deal with the claim.

As soon as we have received confirmation from the courier company or postal service that a package has been lost we will be able to send a replacement order to our customer. For insurance reasons we will not be able to process replacement shipments until we have received this confirmation from the shipping company. However, please be assured that we have full insurance for all orders so you will never lose out in case a package is lost.


If a package arrives with visible damage please do not sign the delivery docket until you have opened the package and checked that all items are present and in good condition. Please always make a comment on the delivery docket if a package is damaged, opened, wet or has been tampered with.

Wherever possible please take a digital picture of the package and the contents and email it to us - we will then deal with the courier company in relation to insurance and compensation. If you are ever in doubt whether a package has been opened or damaged please do not sign any delivery docket - always contact us first and we will give further advice.

All national and international delivery options offered on our website include online track&trace. This means you can track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to and signed for by you.

On the day your order is being shipped from us you will receive an email with the tracking number - using this tracking number you will be able to track the package on one of the following websites, depending on which delivery service you chose during checkout. Please note that some couriers only scan items quite late at night so it may only be possible to track some orders from around midnight on the day it was collected from us. For local Dublin sameday delivery tracking is not available online.


We always aim to ship orders on the same day we receive them. As each courier company has a different collection time from our warehouse it is important to note that orders may not ship until the following day depending on what time your order was placed.

Please note that orders paid for by credit or debit card may be subject to random name and address verification checks by our bank. These checks can take a number of hours and may result in certain orders not making the cutoff. We will of course notify any customer where a delay occurs as a result of this verification.

If an items has sold out prior to being processed we will notify the customer immediately with an estimated date when the item is expected back into stock. We understand the importance of fast efficient shipping of all orders and we are committed to making sure all orders are processed and shipped at the earliest possible time.

Our aim is to offer our customers the most reliable and affordable delivery options available. We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible so as to minimise the delivery time to you, our customer.

We indicate a "typical delivery time" on each shipping option. These times are to be used as guidelines only - while we carefully select which courier companies to use, we are not in a position to guarantee that every order arrives within the typical delivery time. There can be a variety of reasons why shipments may occasionally become delayed in transit and we regret the we are not in a position to refund any shipping charges for delayed shipments. On the day an order ships from us a tracking is emailed to you in most cases, if you have received no tracking number you can request one.
