We would like to wish everyone are happy Xmas and prosperous new year! We are finished up today at 6pm for the long drive home!

Ireland has minted more than one billion 1 and 2 cent coins over the past 10 years, the tiny coins we believe are becoming obsolete and pointless.

However, scrapping them has raised concerns from consumers that prices will be rounded up by retailers…

Well, at GSMsolutions we have PERMANENTLY rounded down all our prices starting from today. So from now on if an item cost €9.99, it is now €9.95. A small amount but a big step, will other retailers follow?

Our web designers have converted all the prices on our online store, we need to reprogram tills etc, printed media is next.. its a big task to fully convert everything, we hope it will help in the long run. See a recent survey poll below
